Swedish/Relaxation Massage (1 hr or 2 hr) - This type of massage is the most popular technique. The therapist uses lighter,rhythmic strokes to help relax the body. It is effective for many different ailments because it has a positive effect on nerves, muscles, glands, and circulation. This type of massage is great to promote overall health and well-being. This is the technique for you if you’re looking to relax and pamper yourself. — $50

Deep Tissue / Trigger Point Massage (75 – 90 min) - This corrective massage incorporates two different types of massage to realign ligaments and fascia, and to release trigger points in the muscle. This deep work integrates Swedish Massage with deeper strokes to manipulate problematic areas in the muscle. It is effective for pain relief from muscle cramps, tension headaches, and chronic tightness. Some people may be sore for 1 or 2 days after having deep work done. — $75

Sports Massage (30 min) - Sports Massage is a very particular type of massage for athletes who demand top performance from their bodies. It incorporates the physiological benefits of massage with stretches in order to enhance range of motion, and improve movement. It can be utilized as a pre or post event massage to help the athlete prepare for or unwind form an event. It is also great to target specific injuries that may afflict athletes. — $40

Hot Stones Massage (60 min) - This particular massage modality uses Basalt stones to help heat the muscle. It is a great alternative to deep as the heat is able to penetrate into the muscle helping it to relax. It has the ability to enhance relaxation, circulation and your body’s natural ability to heal. Hot stones are also a great combination with Swedish Massage. — $55

Rehabilitative Massage (60 min) - Also known as Medical Massage, Rehabilitative Massage, focuses on helping clients to recover after injury or surgery. It can also be used to aid in the body’s ability to repair during ongoing medical treatments. Many times the therapist works in conjunction with health care providers to target the main issue and speed recovery. Massage is great to increase circulation and improve recovery rate. — $50

Pregnancy Massage (50 min) - Pregnancy is an extreme stressor for the body. There are many changes that the body is going through, and it can take a lot out of the mother. Pregnancy massage is great to help relieve physical pain, mental stress, and overall fatigue. As the mother lies on her side and back, the therapist can work to relieve sciatic nerve pain and other conditions experienced during pregnancy. This is a popular therapy to help calm and relax those who are in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters. — $50

AromaTouch Massage (45 min) - Lisa Owens is a certified AromaTouch Technician. By using Doterra certified Therapeutic Grade Essential oils and precise strokes, this technique can balance  both your  para-sympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems. This aromatherapy technique has been   developed using certain oils to help best improve your overall health. Not only does it relieve stress, but it can also help to boost your immune system and your inflammatory response. Great for   arthritis, illness, anxiety, and many other ailments. — $45

Segmental Massage (30 min) - For those of you who are looking for focus on a specific area then this is the type of massage for you. Segmental massage focuses only on the area of the body you are having the most pain. Some people need focus work on the shoulders. Others need focus on the legs.  We will only work the muscle group that is giving you the most pain. — $30
